Once you have completed your enrolment on the Cloudlake Customer Portal, we recommend that you connect your Veeam Backup and Replication server(s) using the following steps:
1. Log into your Veeam Backup and Replication client from the desktop of the server
2. Click the Backup Infrastructure menu section to the left
3. Select Service Providers
4. Complete the Add Service Provider wizard as follows:
> Specify cloud gateway settings to connect to the backup portal – Site: Cloudlake Portal, Gateway Address: portal.autodata.co.uk. The port should remain as 6180.
> Tick Allow this Veeam Backup & Replication installation to be managed by the service provider.
> Click next and enter your credentials by using the Add button and entering your USERNAME only and password from above Companyname\USERNAME. Please use your NEW password.
> Follow the rest of the wizard to complete the process.
> The management agent will be downloaded, installed on your Veeam server and configured. NB: This can take up to 5 minutes to complete.
5. You should now see your Backup & Replication server showing in the Management section of the Portal.
