You have now been added to our Cloudlake Customer Portal. This will allow you to connect your Veeam products to it and provides a centralised portal for all your licensing and alerting.

Please log in and change the password provided in the welcome email. To do so, you will need to complete MFA enrolment using an authenticator application (MS Authenticator, Google Authenticator etc). Please change the password BEFORE connecting your Veeam services.

  1. Access the Cloudlake Customer Portal: https://portal.autodata.co.uk:1280
  2. Login using the Companyname\USERNAME and password in the email. Please pay attention to the exact formatting of company name and username. Copy and paste is recommended.
  3. After you have logged in you will need to enroll your Multi Factor Authentication. To do this, click the Generate the QR code… link at the bottom of step 2. This will generate your QR code, which you should scan with your authenticator application.
  4. After completing the MFA enrolment process you will be logged into the portal.
  5. (Optional) Click your profile icon at the top and then edit your profile. If you do not enter an email address, then the email address used for this welcome email will be used. You can however use a different email address if required.
  6. Change your password on the Login Info tab.
  7. (Optional) Click configuration in the top right, choose Company Info and complete any additional information you wish. You can also use the Roles & Users section to add additional users to your company account for access. All user accounts have MFA enabled, this is mandatory.
